Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and I’ll be your guide as we take a look at one of our foreclosure listings.
In this video we are checking out 1554 S Lambert St Philadelphia PA 19146. Located in the Point Breeze section of Philadelphia and its corresponding county and school district, this 3-story townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a partial basement. The building is 1,387 square feet, and the lot is 572.
This property has recently suffered from fire and water damage. We are currently unclear on the extent of the damages, but repairs are most definitely required. Most likely the interior will need to be completely redone, top to bottom, before it can pass inspection. This property has plenty of potential, and before the accident it looked amazing. If you’re looking for an investment property, look no further.
We are going to start our tour out front with a look at the exterior. There’s not much to see around back, but there is a patio that can be accessed from the kitchen.
Through the front door we enter the living room/dining room area. At the back of the house is the kitchen and back patio access.
Up on the second floor and to the right is bedroom 1. In the hallway is the first full bathroom. And here we have bedroom 2. Up to the third floor and straight ahead we have a walk-out deck. The deck most likely needs to be replaced, but offers an incredible view of the Philly skyline. Back inside we enter the master bedroom and attached master bathroom. The bedroom had a walk-in closet where it appears the fire had started, meaning this room will require the most attention.
Finally we head down into the partial basement. Behind the stairs there is a small utilities room where the laundry hook-ups are located.
